  Only if you have the following This Front Desk/Receptionist position skills should you apply:
  1. Very conversant with Microsoft office Word, Publisher, Excel, Powerpoint
  2. Have a unique combination of strong customer services skills, is pleasant, courteous, and yet firm
  3. Detail-oriented and have strong basic accounting skills
  4. Life values include a never ending engagement in personal growth and is willing to be highly accountable
  5. Strong organizational thinking
  6. Experienced customer service and leadership skills
  7. Outgoing, enthusiastic, and adaptable and be goal and results oriented
  8. Strong math, bookkeeping, communication and computer skills are REQUIRED
  9. Also, a strong disciplined work ethic is a must
  Primary duties include:
  1. Front desk reception
  2. Scheduling appointments
  3. Answering phones
  4. Computer data input
  5. Record preparation and fee collection
  6. Varied administrative duties.
  7. Assisting the doctor in performing patient case histories
  8. Patient exams
  9. Printing patient reports
  10. Ordering office supplies
  11. Developing x-rays and patient education
  Our practice is Family oriented, this position involves working with children and families.

  FULL-TIME POSITION ($11-$14/hr.). HOURS: M,W,Th 7:30am-1pm and 2:30pm—6:30pm. Tuesdays 9am—7:30 pm.
