The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall direction of home health clinical services. The DOCS will have overall responsibility for the quality, adequacy of services provided and supervision of staff. The DOCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the standards of quality. The DOCS assures that care is coordinated between services and that all of the client's needs are identified through the assessment process and addressed through the implementation of the Plan of Care and supervisory process.

Education and Experience:
-Current unencumbered licensure and/or certification in the state of Oklahoma as a Registered Nurse.
-Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
-Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience with at least half of that time working in home health or related health care organization.
-Minimum of three to five years experience of direct employee supervision.
-Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct staff.
-Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills.
-Proven ability to build quality and implement improvements within the operation.
-Case management skills are a plus.
-Policy development is a plus.
-Understand regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
-Knowledge and ability to apply community health principles and practices.
