Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Michigan is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team. Day & Night Shift Available
Key job responsibilities include:
Provides the planning and delivery of patient care, through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation and, as needed, patient advocacy.
Provides supervision of the nursing care provided to each patient by other caregivers.
Develops the plan for nursing care as a result of coordination with the patient, family and staff of other disciplines as necessary.
Ensures patient education.
Participates in discharge planning.
Participates in Performance Improvement activities.
Qualified candidates will possess:
Current Michigan RN license without restrictions.
Training and a minimum of 1 year Acute Care, Med/Surg, Tele or Critical Care experience (within the last 12 months) preferred.
Current CPR certification and current ACLS preferred.
Able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal means.
