Thompson Home Health is seeking an experienced PT for its Shreveport coverage area. The Physical Therapist evaluates and assesses the patient’s current functional level. From the evaluation, a program is designed and implemented to assist the patient to achieve optimal functional level. This is completed within the guidelines of the referring physician.
Job Requirements: *Graduate of an approved professional program in Physical Therapy. *One year therapy experience with preferably one year experience in the field of Home Health Physical Therapy
