We have immediate openings in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Alameda County.
- Per Diem
- Part-time
Sign-on bonus for qualified applicants
Minimum employment requirements:
- Position require a minimum of 1-year experience in home health, rehabilitative facility, or acute/sub-acute.
- All applicants must have a current CPR and state issued license.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Independent and analytical thinker.
- Good at reading and interpreting medical charts.
- Good computer skills.
- Bilingual a plus (Vietnamese speaking a bigger plus)
