We are seeking an experienced and licensed program manager for one of our Full Service Partnership (FSP) teams with the Telecare Full Service Partnerships program in Redwood City, CA.
The Telecare Full Service Partnerships utilize Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Full Service Partnership (FSP) teams to provide intensive and results oriented behavioral health services to 230 individuals throughout San Mateo County.
This position will supervise one of our three intensive FSP teams and will serve 60 adults and older adults with serious and persistent mental illness, some with co-morbid medical and/or substances abuse issues. Furthermore, this team will have a high concentration of clients who are forensically involved in concert with the AB109 Forensic realignment.
Each multidisciplinary team is comprised of Personal Service Coordinators and 1 RN or LVN/LPT and has access to program resources including a full spectrum supported housing program, Representative Payee capability, medical staff (psychiatrists, nurse practitioner), and a recovery oriented, solutions oriented and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate must:
a) Be a licensed MFT, LCSW, RN, PhD or PsyD with at least 2+ years of direct clinical service in an outpatient or community based setting
b) Be well versed in treatment and recovery issues for individuals with serious and persistent mental illnesses and substance abuse
c) Have strong team management experience
d) Have a demonstrated ability to develop collaborative partnerships with staff, members, members of law enforcement (probation), conservator’s office, and other government and private agencies.
e) Have the ability to organize and follow established procedures to ensure excellent standards for treatment, health and safety, documentation, etc.
f) Valid California driver’s license and clearance for insurability
g) A vehicle (approved for safety) and proof of insurance
h) Applicant must be fingerprinted and receive clearance from Criminal Justice Department.
Bilingual and lived experiences are a big plus!
