Home Health RN's & LVN's Needed -- It's All About Caring for Our Patients!
RN's & LVN's with 1+ Years of Home Health Experience - Spanish, Armenian, Chinese Speaking a Plus!!!!
We are looking for professional and highly motivated RN's & LVN's to help carry out our mission of delivering quality home health care.
Registered Nurses function as field case managers performing field visits, providing specialized care, and supervision to the overall patient plan of care.
LVN's team with RN's to carry out patients' plans of care.
1+ years of acute care/home health experience required per Title XXII regulations.
IV skills a plus for RN's.
Serving the San Gabriel Valley and portions of Los Angeles.
