Hope In-Home Care services patients all over the Peninsula. We are currently seeking LPNs and RNs to work 8:30 to 5:00 during the week and/or weekends only. PT, FT, and Per Diem positions are available at competitive rates. The more you work, the more you earn. As a member of the Hope In-Home Care health care team, you will provide skilled nursing care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home and receive the medical care required.
Job Requirements: Each nurse must have:

• Have a current license as an RN or LPN license
• Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as a professional nurse. Sorry, no new graduates.
• Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Achieve a passing score on written examinations
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Hold current CPR certification
• Meets all competency, experience, and educational requirements in accordance with Hope In-Home Care Code policies as applicable to care and services to be performed.
