Nurse Practitioner: ENT Private Practice (walnut creek)

Our ENT practice has 3 board-certified hear and neck surgeons, speech pathologist, and 2 audiologists. We're seeking a full-time nurse practitioner who can provide diagnostic and clinical services for our patients, working closely with our audiologists to provide comprehensive treatment for hearing loss, ear infections, and dizziness. Our physicians will train and provide ongoing support in this truly collaborative and caring environment. The We are an otolaryngology practice with offices in Walnut Creek and San Ramon, CA, that also offers audiology and speech pathology services. We are seeking a nurse practitioner to provide evaluation and management services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling for patients with acute and chronic ear, nose, and throat problems. Our Nurse Practitioner will work independently, but under the supervision of the physicians, and will also work closely with our audiologists to diagnose and treat hearing loss, dizziness, and ear infections. The successful candidate will work 3 days in our Walnut Creek office, and 2 days at our San Ramon site. We work in a paperless environment with an EHR. There is an opportunity to receive training as an RNFA and assist in the OR after one year of employment. Our compensation package includes competitive base salary, bonus, and medical/dental benefits, as well as a pension/profit sharing plan.
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience: Our position is full time. Successful candidates will have a Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution, California state RN and NP license, Certification from AANC or AANP, BLS or ACLS certification, and a DEA license.
