New Graduate RN/BSN Ready to work, holds licensure (Green Bay)

I am a recent college graduate of an accredited nursing school- accelerated program. I'm having trouble finding a job that does not require YEARS experience. I do have healthcare experience outside of the "registered nurse" title. I have experience in home and elderly care, as well as hospital experience in clinicals.
Location: Green Bay
Compensation: Looking for standard RN pay in WI
This is a part-time job.
