Job Responsibilities:
· Provide practitioner duties under supervision of center doctor and HRC medical director.
· Meet with patients to provide symptom resolution through hormone therapy according to established protocols.
· Provide oversight of medical operations day to day for Nursing and Medical Assistant staff.
· Work with the center doctor to provide patient care for initial and follow-up therapy.
· Assists in active implementation of company initiatives to ensure compliance with corporate quality and mandated regulatory standards.
· Complies with all current medical and nursing standards and guidelines; legal and confidentiality requirements and meets or exceeds the standards of the HRC Medical Centers.
Job Qualifications:
· Degree from an approved program for Registered Nurse Advanced Practice or Physician Assistant program.
· Licensed in the state of MN
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Ability to set priorities - Team Player
· Highly organized and able to make sound decisions under all circumstances

· Hours are M-F and no on-call
