Caregivers, HHAs, RNs & Physical/Occupational Therapists Needed (Costa Mesa-San Clemente)

Physical & Occupational Therapists:(Orange County)
Requirements: Home Health experience, PT/OT license, current CPR certificate, TB Test & Physical Exam (done within last 12 months), valid DL and auto insurance, references.
All applicants must be licensed to practice in the field of discipline in the state of California and must have at least one year of experience in an acute setting subsequent to obtaining licensure.
RNs: Must 1 year home health experience required- join an agency that is growing with opportunities to advance. As a nurse you will:
- Admit patients to services and complete clinical documentation.
- Assess individual status and care / instruction needed by the patient.
- Confer with physician to develop the initial plan of treatment based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment.
- Provide hands-on care, case management and evaluation of the care plan, and education of the patient utilizing Accessible Health Care Notes.- Revise plan in consultation with physician based on ongoing assessments.
In addition, an Accessible Home Health Care RN:
- Has the autonomy to make individualized patient-centered decisions for optimal clinical care.
Qualifications
• Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• A minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
• Strong med surg, ICU, ER, acute experience
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR certification
- TB Test negative within last 6 months
• Good organizational and communication skills
CAREGIVERS:
Part Time, Live-In, and Full Time positions starting daily throughout Orange County. Positions will only be offered once interview and screening has been done.
ALL CAREGIVERS/HHAs MUST HAVE ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW.
2 years experience
TB test negative (within 1 year)
CPR
Drivers License/Auto Insurance- must have vehicle
Eligible to work in US
2 Professional & 2 Personal References
Speak English clearly
