BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for an experienced RN to work part time as a Clinical Manager in our Dover, NJ office that provides personal care services to pediatric and adult clients throughout Warren, Sussex, and Morris Counties. We want you to join our team! This position will cover Warren County. Clinical Managers at BAYADA lead and mentor field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care . Visiting clients and supervising field staff, you will be accountable for internal case management. Conducting client assessments and completing the care planning process, you will provide clinical insight while supporting the team that is caring for our clients. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the initial and re-assessments of clients, which offers you the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients and their families, ensuring them that the staff we are providing in the home are skilled and compassionate professionals. This role focuses on mentoring the home health aides for each client, addressing any clinical concerns, and encouraging their continued education as BAYADA employees. Supervisory visits by the Clinical Manager are required to observe clinical proficiencies while with a client, so we can be sure our staff is trained properly. This supervisory role is ideal for someone desiring one-on-one patient contact and staff mentoring.
Requirements: Current NJ RN license in good standingMinimum two years recent, verifiable clinical experienceAbility to open cases and make supervisory visits throughout Warren CountyStrong assessment and organizational skillsPrior supervisory experience (clinical oversight, recruitment, competency evaluations, etc.)Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilitiesAmbition to grow and advance beyond current positionThis is a part time position (hours will be discussed during initial interview).Feel the difference higher standards make.
