With Right at Home- In Home Care and Assistance, you have the opportunity to make a difference in your community. We are currently seeking LIVE-IN to assist in Vista, CA and surrounding area.
We assist seniors and those in need with caregiver services (nonmedical) in their home/residence. We match the right caregivers based on the needs and personalities of the client. We are looking for a dependable, self motivated individual who is invested in assisting us in providing quality care and making quality matches between Caregiver and Client.

Caregiver Essential Duties:
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping floors, doing the dishes, changing bed linens, laundry and cleaning bed/bathrooms
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients. This may include grocery shopping at times
• Provide companionship for clients including accompanying them on walks, trips to social or recreational activities, and assisting with hobbies, etc.
• Perform work under the supervision of the Staffing Coordinator
• Documentation of services provided
The ideal candidates will possess:
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• At least 1 year experience as a Personal Care Assistant in health care
• For CNA / HHA’s: completion of a State approved certification course
• Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
• Read, write, speak and understand English well
• Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
