Isabelle Ridgway Care Center provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, and rehabilitation therapy. The MDS Nurse is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of the state and policies and goals of the facility.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
 Monitor and document the cost effectiveness of treatment provided
 Act as liaison to insurance and medical management professionals
This candidate will manage the overall process and tracking of all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents. Must have MDS experience or be MDS certified. One year of long term care clinical Nursing experience is preferred. Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement is highly desirable.
