Home Care RNs Needed
Full-time opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work out of our Bridgeton HomeCare branch. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
RN JOB DUTIES
•Demonstrates the ability to assess needs of the patient.
•Develops and implements plan of care.
•Observation, assessment, and re-assessment of patient needs as the patient's condition/needs require.
•Provides and assists with nursing services, treatments, diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as appropriate for patient's care and safety
•Demonstrates knowledge/maintains compliance of agency policies/procedures.
•Accurate documentation reflecting care given and maintains clinical records according to agency and regulatory guidelines.
•Monitors/records medication regime and identifies effective drug therapy, etc.
•Demonstrates professional commitment to provision of quality care.
Must be Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri to qualify.
