Professional growth and opportunity await you at Sholom. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Registered Nurse to facilitate and lead the growth and management of our exciting expansion into home and community-based services.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with Medicare Home Care experience with the skills and ability to lead the program development and management of our Medicare and Community Home Care division (Class A licensure). Supervisory experience is a plus.
DUTIESDevelop, expand and manage new community program Ensure we meet Medicare and MN Home Care regulationsHire and develop a dynamic teamDevelop, implement and manage a QA program to ensure we meet Sholom's standards of high quality careUtilize networking and marketing skills to expand our successful programs
QUALIFICATIONSSolid foundation in Medicare Home Care rules and regulationsMust be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of MinnesotaPassion for providing excellent care in the communityThe drive to grow this key Sholom programLeadership capability and experience preferred Dynamic personality with excellent team building skills Two or more years of experience in a similar position and in a similar care environmentValid Minnesota driver's license.
