Covenant Woods, a Mechanicsville Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse with Long Term Care experience to join our Team. The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) will provide clinical and supervisory oversight for our small Health Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Support units. The CRN will have responsibilities in the following areas for shift worked:
Supervision and support to LPN Charge Nurses and CNAs Clinical practice
Clinical assessment and documentation
Quality Assurance
