RN Unit Manager (Full Time)
We are a 240-bed facility located in Chesapeake, VA.
We are looking for a dynamic team player for our Nursing Team!
Job Summary
Responsible for daily coordinating, assessing and monitoring the quality and efficiency of patient care outcomes for all three shifts on the assigned unit. Ensures compliance of nursing care policies, procedures, systems and processes. Responsible for the management and supervision of unit nursing staff. Reports to the Director of Nursing.
