RN and LPN positions available immediately! (Pittsburgh & Beaver County)

Home Healthcare Staffing & Services is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to staff Pittsburgh area/Allegheny County and Beaver County PRN. Assignments in Butler and Westmoreland Counties also possible. We are a home healthcare agency with offices located in Penn Hills and Beaver.
The RN is a professional member of the healthcare team who provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. The RN is responsible for the total nursing care of all assigned home healthcare patients. Must have profession liability insurance coverage.
The LPN works under the supervision of a RN and is responsible for the complete bedside care of all assigned patients.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or accredited LPN program and currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Must have a minimum of one year of recent experience in an acute care agency as a staff nurse and a minimum of 6 months of experience and/or additional training for private duty. Must have at least 3 satisfactory references from previous employers. Must have successfully completed the RN/LPN Skills Assessment and Medication tests with a score of 75% or better. Must be CPR certified. Must display good emotional health and be able to tolerate physically much standing, stooping, bending, and heavy lifting; must comply with all agency regulations. Must be self-directed and able to work with little supervision and have good observational/nursing judgement and communication skills. Must have reliable and insured transportation!
