RN's and LPN's are needed to provide in home care at night to medically fragile teenagers in Salem. Children's Nursing Specialties is a Portland based non-profit seeking nurses who want to experience 1 to 1 nursing care in a home setting with young adults who have tracheostomies, feeding tubes and intricate nursing needs. Ventilator and skills training provided. Eight to twelve hour shifts available and competitive benefits offered. Pediatric home care is best for nurses who want to provide individually focused and family centered care, who value team based nursing and those who want to truly make a difference in a person's life. Nurses with good listening skills and exceptional nursing care standards are preferred. New graduate nurses with related CNA or LPN experience are welcome to apply.
