The Signature Home Care Registered Nurse provides the day-to-day nursing care to assigned client's needs in their place of residence in Portland and surrounding areas. You will establish plans of care after an assessment of the client's needs are obtained. You will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Aides. Provide education to patient and family while providing complete nursing services that will enhance the life of the patient. Signature offers extensive training, continuing education opportunities, and cell phone reimbursement. The qualified candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of two to three years of experience in Home Health, Home Care or Long-Term Geriatric Rehab Care, current driver's license and reliable vehicle insurance. Comprehensive benefit package which includes; competitive salary/hourly pay rate, direct deposit, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long and short term disability, 3 weeks vacation, paid holidays, 401K Plan, flexible spending, $2,000 in Continuing Education. Benefits offered vary from Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN/On-Call Employee.
