Full Time Hospice On Call Registered Nurse
Schedule: Week On/Week Off, Monday thru Thursday 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM each day on call, and 5:00 PM Friday thru 8:00 AM on Monday

The Signature Hospice On Call Registered Nurse will plan, organizes and directs after-hours hospice care and is experienced in nursing hospice services. Responsibilities will include; completing monthly on-call schedules and ensures necessary 24 hour nursing coverage. You will also be responsible for patient visits to homes and facilities during that time. Communicates regularly with field staff regarding activities of patient care that happened after hours. Follows through on documentation with the field staff, including physician's orders, visit notes and supply vouchers, etc. Signature offers extensive training and continuing education opportunities. The qualified candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Health, Hospice and or Long Term Care Geriatric Rehab and supervisory experience, current driver's license and reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
Qualifications: Signature Services is growing -- the RN candidate will have minimum of 2 years of experience in home health, home care, or hospice. The RN must have a do-whatever-it-takes attitude and the desire to contribute to a growing team. The candidate must possess a current driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
