Well established Home Health agency is seeking motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Registered Nurses with home health experience to join our team.
We are looking for high energy RNs that have extensive experience in Admissions and the OASIS. These individuals will be responsible for admissions, recertifications, and discharges, but primarily starts of care depending on agency referrals. Applicants must have excellent time management, planning, organization, and impeccable assessment skills. These positions require individuals that are extremely organized, and are able to work within a very fast paced work environment.
Knowledge of Medicare regulations and comprehensive assessment experience required
