As a Registered Nurse, you will:
   Provide total patient care to cardiac patients in their home.
   Consult with physician and nurse manager to admit and discharge patients.
   Confer with physician in developing the initial plan of treatment.
   Coordinate appropriate care, encompassing various healthcare personnel.
   Accurately, promptly, and thoroughly document patient’s care observations, interventions and evaluations.
In addition, a Gentiva Cardiopulmonary Registered Nurse:
   Has the autonomy to make individualized patient-centered decisions for optimal clinical care.
   Works with other highly skilled clinicians through a multi- or interdisciplinary team approach.

   Has access to the latest tools, research and techniques through the Gentiva Health Education Center.Qualifications
• Diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• A minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
• A minimum of one year cardiac nursing experience
• Home Health experience a plus
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to obtain good patient histories, perform routine physicals and create working treatment plans
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Good organizational and communication skills
