RN for In Home Care Agency, PRN (Charlotte)

RN needed on a PRN part time/ on call basis for ComForcare Senior Services, a leading in home care agency to perform case openings, assessments and re-assessments.
Ideal candidate would be flexible, professional, and willing to work short notice calls around the Charlotte area.
Hours can vary week to week, must be willing to travel for case openings, must be able to work occassional weekends.
