Must have the willingness to always deliver the most exceptional patient experience in every area of care, every time, and always commit to Alliance Personal Care Services' vision of maintaining peace of mind for clients and families. Provide leadership in achieving standards of care, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized client care in accordance with the current policies and procedures of the state and Alliance. Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed in the state of North Carolina. Applicant must be 18 years or older and CPR certified for the state of North Carolina. One year of continuous nursing experience in home health and/or assisted living enviornment. Infusion, geriatric and memory care experience a plus. Applicant should have a valid driver's license, available personal vehicle, and proof of current auto insurance. Concise verbal written and organizational skills is a must. Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, families, co-workers and all supervisors. Other qualifications may apply.
