Licensed Practical Nurse (Charlotte and Gastonia)

Applicant must be 18 years or older with a current State Licensed Practical Nurse license and CPR certification for the state of North Carolina. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with one year of continuous nursing experience or equivalent. Geriatric and memory care experience a plus. Must have at least one year of Home Health experience. Applicant should have a valid driver's license, available personal vehicle, and proof of current auto insurance. Concise verbal written and organizational skills is a must. Must demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, families, co-workers and all supervisors.
