RN House Supervisor -- PT 2nd shift including e/o weekend
Lexington Health Care Center is seeking an RN House Supervisor. The RN House Supervisor supervises the nursing department in DON's absence according to current federal, state and company guidelines and regulations. Responsible for daily coordinating, assessing and monitoring the quality and efficiency of patient care outcomes. Ensures compliance of nursing care policies, procedures, systems and processes. Candidates must have at least 2 years experience as an RN and management experience preferred.
