LICENSED HOME HEALTHCARE COMPANY SEEKING AN RN SUPERVISOR!!
Attentive Care is a well established, privately owned and operated home health care company, seeking a Registered Nurse for a supervisory postion. This candidate will provide care and supervision in client homes' throughout the Capital District and Saratoga areas.
Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in a home health care environment, as well as a management or supervisory background. Responsibilities will primarily be to conduct home visits to our clients for the purposes of quality control, case management and employee supervision. Above average organizational and communication skills are a must. Experience with TBI and NHTD preferred.
This is a per diem position. Office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. Some flexibility will be required for evening and weekend availability, as well as on-call responsibilities.
Qualified candidates will be an RN with at least two years of recent home care or community based care experience. Seeking a team player with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, good problem solving skills, and strong written and verbal communications.
