Responsibilities Summary:
Will perform work activities and tasks that assist an individual with a disability to maintain employment. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: * Provide on-site training and assistance to individuals with cognitive impairments who have obtained employment. * Duties involve compensatory strategy training, worksite orientation, behavior management, and social skill training. * Documentation of activities and progress
Minimum requirement: High School Diploma. Some College is preferred. Previous experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred. Must have reliable vehicle. Good organizational and interpersonal skills required. Preference given to individuals with flexible schedules and open availability including days, nights, and weekends.
