MUST be able to read write and speak Spanish and English
Enjoy working with an array of patients with disabilities
Partial Job Description
Provides screening for admission to the Center
Develops plan of care and assessment upon admission to the Center
Initial Nursing assessment, initial physician order
Ensure Compliance and follow MA regulations
Provides nursing services and all assistance with ADL's to participants, based on physician order
