Home Health Care Nurse (RN) / Per Diem

We are looking for Home Health Nurse (RN) who is looking for a good place to work and an opportunity
to voice an opinion and influence key decisions.
Requirements:
-Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
-Active RN license in the state of MA.
-Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in home health care.
-Proficient with Oasis, policies and procedures, and general delivery of clinical care.
-Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and electronically.
-Ability to organize and prioritize work, and adapt to changing situations.
-Ability to work independently, and adapt to unpredictable circumstances.
Qualifications include but not limited to:
-Strong assessment and organizational skills.
-Recent experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health Care agency.
-Prior experience with OASIS and ICD-9 Coding.
-Solid communication and PC skills.
-Knowledge of other languages prefered, Russian and Spanish a plus.
