Busy Dermatologist’s office seeks a GREAT LPN (licensed practical nurse). Must be VERY DETAIL ORIENTED, MUST SPEAK SPANISH, MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE, must be able to always provide great customer service, multi-tasker, organized, energetic and friendly. This is a friendly, fun office that is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual. Energetic, friendly, team oriented applicants only. Opportunities for advancement. It is preferred that you are currently employed and seeking advancement. Prior experience in a Dermatologist’s office is not required, but a positive attitude is a must. On the job training provided.
Duties:

Verifies patient information by interviewing patient; recording medical history; confirming purpose of visit.
Reporting patient history summary.
Saves doctor’s time by helping with office procedures such as chemical peels, laser hair removal and cosmetic procedures
Completing and safeguarding medical records; completing diagnostic coding and procedure coding; keeping patient information confidential.
Counsels patients on doctor’s prescriptions and orders
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
