We are an established Medicare Certified and Accredited Home Health Agency in the Palm Beach County. We are seeking a Part Time Oasis QI/QA RN who can check and audit patient charts for compliance with Medicare regulations.
Part Time RN OASIS QI/QA * Registered Nurse with current license to practice in states of operation. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred * Minimum of two (2) years clinical nursing experience; home care experience preferred. * Supervisory experience preferred. * Demonstrated knowledge of Performance Improvement and Quality Assurance programs. * Knowledge of the regulatory requirements for home care, including the OASIS data collection and reporting requirements and OBQI expectations for Medicare Certified Agencies. * Written and verbal communication skills and documentation skills. * Organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * Experience in research, analysis, and report preparation is desirable. * YOU MUST POSSESS EXCELLENT OASIS EXPERIENCE TO BE QUALIFIED.
