Private Duty Nurse RN LPN med/surg extended care: Care IV Home Health is currently hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for one-on-one care in Conway, AR. We have 3 separate patients in the Conway area who need private duty care. We currently have various day, evening and night shifts available (see list below). As a Private Duty Nurse, you provide care to only ONE patient during your 8, 10 or 12hr shift. Work consistently with the same patient. You can choose to work as little as 1 shift per week or up to 40hrs per week, depending on your scheduling needs and our patients' availability. GREAT opportunity for Nurses who are overloaded with too many patients or who are in need of extra work. RNs and LPNs both welcome to apply. Training and benefits available. One Patient / One Nurse.
Care IV (pronounced "Care Four") has been caring for Arkansans for over 18+ years. We have four branch locations in the state of Arkansas: Little Rock, Hot Springs, Russellville and Fayetteville. Care IV is licensed by the State of AR, and we are both Medicare and Medicaid Certified.
Available shifts in Conway:
Conway -- Various day shifts available
Conway -- Patient has day shifts available on Mon-Wed-Fri 10a-6p; days 8:30a-4:30p on Tuesdays and Thursdays; and evenings 2p-10p on Sundays
Conway -- Patient has evening shifts 3p-11p available Mondays through Sundays, and night shifts 11p-7a available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
REQUIREMENTS: Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with at least 1 year of recent, direct-patient care experience specifically in an RN or LPN role. Previous private duty or home care experience is not required. Med/surg, hospital, nursing home, LTAC, or related experience is preferred.
