Vibra Hospital is seeking a Wound Care RN to join our team. The Wound Care RN, under the leadership of the Chief Clinical Officer and/or designee, is responsible for the comprehensive assessment of patient wound needs in order to determine the wound services required. Understands and integrates the needs of adult and geriatric patients in the delivery of wound care. Responsible for managing and providing direct wound evaluations and wound care for assigned patients. Serves as a liaison to keep the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor aware of progress or decline in wound care cases.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current CO RN license.
WOCN or WCC certification or currently working on certification.
Current American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Provider certification.
Prefer six months to one year of medical/surgical or rehabilitation experience and extensive experience as a wound care clinician.
