We are seeking Registered Nurses in the Denver Metro area to treat appropriate disabilities, disease, or other conditions of health in accordance with a written plan of treatment established, and periodically reviewed by the patient’s physician.
Responsibilities would include: * Provide direct client care services in compliance with the current Nurse Practice Act to home care clients * Coordinate care planning with the members of the team of care providers * Coordinate and maintain documentation in the client medical record in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid/JCAHO guidelines * Occasionally provide transport to and from surgical site and post operative care which may involve long hour shifts
Requirements: * Current Colorado RN License * At least one year of experience in home, hospital, or long-term care * Competency in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment * Ability to work independently as well as in a team * Current CPR, TB, Driver License, and Auto Insurance * OASIS experience preferred * Trach certified a plus
