We are searching for talented, bright, driven, "can-do" nurse practitioners to join our team to practice healthcare the way you thought it was going to be. We have an exciting opportunity to assist a national insurance company in the quest to achieve coordinated chronic care management in 2012. This is being done via a single, 60 minute comprehensive assessment of pre-qualified members of the insurance company.
