We have an exciting opening for a Clinical Manager in our New York, NY office. As the Clinical Manager, you will lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Visiting clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Staten Island, and supervising staff, you will be accountable for internal case management and development of field staff. Conducting client assessments and completing the care planning process, you will provide clinical insight while supporting the team. Focused on the clinical competency of your staff as well as creating a warm, organized and welcoming office grounded in customer service, you will set the tone for your team’s success.* Current NY RN license in good standing * Minimum three years recent, verifiable clinical experience * Previous home care experience highly preferred * Previous trach/vent experience* Pediatrics experience a plus* Strong assessment and organizational skills * Prior supervisory experience (clinical oversight, recruitment, competency evaluations) * Rehabilitation experience a plusFeel the difference higher standards make.
