(Medxm), a Healthcare Service company, is looking for License Nurse Practitioners and License Physicians to perform In-Home Health Assessments for Medicare Advantage Members. No treatment, follow up visits or prescribing medication.
Essential Job Functions....Perform in-depth health assessments, Work collaboratively with Medxm employees such as scheduler and coders, Interpret laboratory data and incorporates the data into the assessment, Flexible schedule but must commit to working at least 20 hours per week, must be willing to commute within a 25 mile radius
Qualifications......Current Physician or Nurse Practitioner license, must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, must speak and write English
