Homecare Nurses Needed! (Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx)

at in New York, NY

We have an immediate need for multiple Registered Nurses with Homecare experience, for Full-Time and Fee For Service positions in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx.
Requirements:
- NYS RN Licensure
- 1+ years of experience as an Homecare RN, performing assessments and preferably carrying a caseload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent patient care skills
- Good documentation skills and conscientiousness when it comes to completion and submission of paperwork
- CHHA or LHCSA experience preferred, though not required
- Language skills (Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu) language skills preferred, though not required
