Avamere Georgian House of Lakewood is looking for full time Resident Care Manager/RN who is clinically driven and self motivated for this remodeled 71 bed psychiatric/behavioral skilled nursing facility. Avamere Georgian House of Lakewood is looking for an RN with strong experience with geriatric medical complex patients, excellent knowledge of PPS /MDS/Medicare and a valid RN License in the State of Washington.
The RCM will review resident/patients care plans for appropriate goals, problems, approaches, and revisions based on nursing needs. The RCM ensures that all personnel involved in providing care to the residents/patients are aware of the resident's care plan. The RCM completes the planning, scheduling and revising of the MDS, including the implementation of CAA's and Triggers.
