This is a new position. We need a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant with family medicine background
Relocation: Yes
Job Requirements:
1. Completion of an accredited program for physician’s assistants or nurse practitioners.
2. Appropriate Vermont licensing/registration.
3. Preferably 1 – 2 years of Family Medicine experience.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, other health care providers, and parents.
