Hospice RN Triage/On-Call (Portland/Salem)

Serenity Palliative Care & Hospice, an in-home hospice provider, is searching for qualified applicants for on-call Registered Nurse positions with an on-call weekend rotation which would cover from 1700 on fridays to 0800 on Mondays. This nurse will take all after hour's calls and visit patient's homes as necessary. This is a full time benefited position. Serenity offers competitive pay, excellent mileage reimbursement rates and full benefits.
Ideal candidate will:
Possesses current R.N. licensure
Be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Have successful completion of CPR Certification
Minimum of one-year hospice nursing experience needed, please do not apply if you do not have hospice experience
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledgeable of Medicare guidelines
Team player
Effective oral and written communication skills and computer usage skills
