Hospice RN/Case Manager (Tri-county)

Serenity Palliative Care & Hospice is seeking a motivated, energetic, result-oriented individual to join its team of in-home hospice professionals.
We currently have a full-time RN/Case Manager position available for a qualified RN in the Portland Metro area. Serenity offers competitive pay, benefits and paid time off in addition to paid holidays.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
Current Oregon RN licensure
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Successful completion of CPR Certification.
Experience in Hospice required
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledgeable of Medicare guidelines
Team player
Effective oral and written communication skills and computer usage skills.
