Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of pediatric and adult patients. The staff RN utilizes the nursing process by use of technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence-based practice and coordination of care with other health team members.
Qualifications:
Current drivers license, access to insured and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record to comply with the policies and procedures
Current and applicable RN Nursing License in the State of Colorado
BLS/CPR Health Care Provider Certification
Ability to work independently
Adult and/or Peds experience
IV skills
Ability to complete all physical job requirements related to job, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of work experience as a Home Health RN (PLEASE NO NEW GRADS) experience with PICC lines,
Broviacs, Ports, Gtubes, Trachs, Wound care and Peripheral IV starts.
Spanish speaking a plus!
