Job Description: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Part-time positions available.
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will diagnose and treat common conditions, conduct physical assessments, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, provide health screenings, administer vaccinations, perform patient counseling, and prescribe medications as needed.
Job Duties:
· Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses.
· Help patients manage their well-being with vaccinations and education.
· Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, phone calls, and consults are carefully and accurately documented in the EMR system.
· Perform non-clinical tasks such as maintaining clinic appearance.
Basic Qualifications:
· Graduate from an accredited PA or NP program
· Current state medical license
· Board certifications
· Basic computer skills
Other:
· Confident in working independently with minimal supervision.
· Exhibit a positive attitude and work ethic.
· Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
· Initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility.
