Nurse needed for blood draws. (Livonia)

Our Chiropractic wellness clinic is beginning to offer allergy/nutritional testing and as such we need an LPN or RN that will perform blood draws out of our clinic strictly on an appointment basis. If you also have access to a centrifuge that is a plus too. Proof of licensing and malpractice required, as are professional references.
All interested, please contact Dr. Pat. You will act as an independent contractor and pay will be $30 per patient.
