Home Health Agency is looking to hire:
Registered Nurse (RN) Part Time / Full Time
The job will be located in Chicago and South Side Chicago Area and requires doing visits in patient’s home.
Must have:
 Current RN Illinois License
 Valid Driver’s License
 Reliable Transportation
 **Bi-lingual in Spanish / English is a must
Experience in Home Health is preferred, including:
 Phlebotomy
 Injections
 Wound Care Location: (Chicago & South Side Chicago)
